Cancellation Policy


What happens to my registration fee if I am no longer able to attend Conference in person?

If you have registered to attend or exhibit in person and find that you are no longer able to attend, please contact Member Services at member@americanorchestras.org. Let us know if you would like to:

  1. Transfer your registration to the 2025 National Conference in Salt Lake City, June 11-13, or

  2. Receive a credit toward future League programs in the amount of your registration fee, (including webinars and other virtual programming), or

  3. Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
    Please note that exhibitors who cancel after May 24 will incur a $175 fee to cover costs that will have already been incurred.

In all cases, the League of American Orchestras is not responsible for reimbursing travel and lodging costs.
