Why Exhibit?

 

From visibility to credibility, exhibiting at the League’s National Conference has many benefits for your business. Establishing a presence, whether big or small, for your company at the Conference gives you a powerful platform for meeting new customers, reaching out to your existing clientele, and building a more established and reliable brand.

Reconnect with existing clients and make new connections. The League Conference is attended by orchestra decision-makers from more than 300 different organizations across the country. Re-cementing existing partnerships and exploring new possibilities is a cornerstone of any successful national gathering.

Develop and strengthen your brand.  Branding is a huge aspect of business success, especially in industries that depend on trust and reputation. Exhibiting at the League’s Conference is a wonderful way to tell your industry that your company is serious, reliable, and large enough to afford its own presence at leading events and conferences.

Pricing for Booths & Tabletops

 

Tabletop Booth: Includes one registration and one half of an 8-foot draped table (approximately 4′ x 2′) with a chair and an identification sign. No floor standing displays for this booth type, $860.

Standard Booth: Each 8′ x 10′ booth includes one registration and will be set with 8′ high blue and white back drape, 3′ high blue side dividers, one 8′ white skirted table, three side chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign, $1,195.

Additional delegates from each exhibitor, $650.

Groups of three or more delegates attending from a single organization are eligible for a group discount. Please contact Member Services at 646 822 4010 for more information.

Exhibitors registering before April 12, 2019 will receive a 30-word description of their company in the Exhibitor Listing, listed by category of business.

Place an Ad in Symphony Magazine - Summer 2019 issue – Reservation Deadline of March 27, 2019

Symphony magazine’s annual Conference Issue is handed out to all delegates upon their arrival to Conference. Place an ad within the pages of this award-winning magazine for as little at $530. Please see The League Media Kit for pricing, ad specs, and deadlines.

  • Full Page Black and White ad - $500 ($250 for organizations that purchase an ad in the Summer issue of Symphony)

  • ½ Page Black and White ad - $300 ($150 for organizations that purchase an ad in the Summer issue of Symphony)

Conference App Ad (Limit 5) - $250

  • Place your banner ad in the Program Book App. Available for free to all delegates, the Program Book App offers advertisers prime visibility with banner ads as delegates navigate Conference sessions.

Goodie Bag Insert - $750

  • Place a print piece (postcard, roster, etc.) in the goodie bags handed out to all delegates upon their arrival at conference.

Event Sponsorship - Pricing is Available Upon Request

Terms and conditions of exhibiting can be found here. All businesses must agree to these terms and conditions in order to exhibit at the League Conference. You will be asked to confirm agreement on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
